LEGACY BEND / SHAPE
Mid is a distinct legacy Mercian bend, not an All-round / Pro synonym.
Its 22 mm maximum bend is positioned 300 mm from the head, giving a higher, straighter and more traditional stick shape. That shape aligns the hands more closely with the stick face and can assist hitting and slapping accuracy.
Mercian does not run Mid in the current 2026 range. This route exists for remaining legacy Mid stock only.
THE REMAINING GOVERNED OPTION
The CKF85 sits in Mercian’s Balanced / Direct response band. The Mid-Dual variant is surfaced here because its bend is materially different from the Pro-Dual variant on the same legacy product.

Mid is shown separately because it is a genuine Mercian shape with remaining legacy stock. It is not being folded into Pro / All-round and it is not being presented as a fifth current bend.
