Evolution CKF75i — Ultimate shape with a Balanced / Direct response
The Evolution CKF75i is for indoor players whose hockey genuinely benefits from Mercian's more aggressive Ultimate low-bend shape and who want a Balanced / Direct response.
Why choose the CKF75i?
Choose the CKF75i when quick releases, drag flicking and fast ball movement materially benefit from Ultimate shape, while you still want a response that balances directness with usable feel.
Its construction combines 75% carbon with a fibreglass skeleton and Kevlar reinforcement. Those materials explain how the stick is built; the response describes what the player feels. Carbon percentage is not a quality or player-level score.
Ultimate bend / shape
The current CKF75i specification uses a 24.5 mm maximum bend at 200 mm from the head. Ultimate is the more aggressive of the two current indoor shapes and should be chosen because that shape helps the player's actual indoor skills, not because it is a higher step.
Balanced / Direct response
The CKF75i sits in Balanced / Direct in Mercian's current indoor response range. Its carbon-rich construction contributes stiffness and responsiveness, while fibreglass and Kevlar remain part of the finished touch, durability and structural behaviour.

Sizes
Current CKF75i variants are available in 36.5" and 37.5". Length is a fit and handling decision, not a player-level rule.
