CKF35 Pro — Pro shape with a Softer / Balanced response
The Evolution CKF35 Pro is for players who want Mercian's broad all-round Pro shape with a Softer / Balanced response.
Why choose the CKF35 Pro?
Choose this stick when all-round low-bow shape suits the player and you value a more forgiving response than the higher-stiffness all-round constructions.
Pro bend / shape
Pro is Mercian's broad all-round low-bow route. The CKF35 Pro specification gives a 23.5 mm maximum bend at 230 mm from the head.
Softer / Balanced response
The CKF35 Pro sits in Mercian's Softer / Balanced response band. Its current construction uses 35% carbon with a fibreglass-rich laminate, giving a more forgiving response while retaining the Pro shape.
Construction, touch and control
- M-Gel in the handle: helps absorb vibration from power skills.
- Kevlar reinforcement: supports durability.
- High-friction face finish: increases contact friction and adds damping.
- Nano-polymer resin: supports laminate bonding.
These features help explain the finished stick. They do not replace the more important bend and response decisions.
When another current option may suit better
Within Softer / Balanced, compare CF25 for a different all-round construction. If you want the same Pro route with a more balanced response, compare CKF55 Pro. If specialist low-bow shape is the real requirement, compare CKF35 Ultimate V2 instead.
Sizes
The current product is configured in 35", 36.5" and 37.5". Live availability is shown above.

Outdoor choice starts with fit and the hockey you actually play. Bend, shape and construction should explain a useful difference, not create a good-better-best ladder.
Position, player level and carbon percentage can help describe a stick, but none of them automatically decides what suits you.
