BOOKINGS
1. Bookings will ONLY be accepted with payment and application form.

PAYMENT
2. All cheques should be made payable to "MSOH"

3. Any cheques which are not cleared will impose the additional "Bank" charges incurred by Mercian Sports Ltd.

CANCELLATION BY MERCIAN SPORTS LTD
4. If Mercian Sports Ltd cancel any course a FULL refund will be returned as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION BY YOU
5. If you have to cancel a booking you must inform us in writing as soon as possible. Unless written notification of cancellations is received, a booking will stand.
All cancellations will be acknowledged by us and are subject to the following charges:

- 50-26 days prior to the start of the course 10% of total cost
- 25-8 days prior to the start of the course 20% of total cost
- 7-3 days prior to the start of the course 75% of total cost
- 2-1 days prior to the start of the course 100% of total cost

BEHAVIOUR
6. All players are required to behave in a manner which is appropriate and set out in our "code of conduct". If any player's behaviour is not acceptable to coaches, facility staff, or other participants they will be requested to leave the course. If a player is asked to leave a course they will be entitled to NO refund and if required any transport costs will be paid for by that player.

PERSONAL PROPERTY
7. Expensive and treasured items such as jewellery, CD players and ipods, personal video games, mobile phones, designer clothes/shoes/trainers etc. should not be brought to camp as they are often inappropriate for use during activity sessions. We do not accept liability for loss or damage to any property belonging to participants.

A copy of these Terms and Conditions will be sent out with each application form.
